For us, this story did not begin as a business idea. It began with frustration, exhaustion, and the feeling of knowing something had to change.

There was a time when health felt out of reach. Being overweight, lacking energy, and struggling to feel motivated had become normal. Everyday tasks felt heavier, movement felt harder, and the spark that once existed just wasn’t there anymore.
